Seasonal Covid boosters are offered to people at higher risk of becoming seriously unwell, including older adults, people who are immunosuppressed and those in care homes.
If you are eligible for both, you can usually have your Covid and flu vaccines at the same visit, one in each arm.
Side effects are typically mild: a sore arm for a day or two, sometimes tiredness. Serious reactions are rare and our team is trained to manage them.
Our NHS Covid clinics run seasonally across our Bristol branches, and appointments are short.
